Welcome to Cardozo's Office of Career Services and Center for Public Service Law (CPSL)

We are dedicated to helping law students and alumni develop their individual career interests, explore options, and gain access to opportunities.

To do this, we start working with you early in the first year of law school. You will meet and get to know at least one of our seven full-time counselors. We are here to help you to explore the new legal landscape and build an individualized career path. For me, that means getting to know students personally. The passions they bring to their studies provide great insight into future career options in different areas of the law.

Tomorrow's lawyers need versatility, flexibility and creativity to envision their careers. You may need to invent and reinvent yourself to adapt to changes in the world, and at Cardozo Law you will learn how to do that. Our job is to help you find your path.

OCS events help you develop the skills necessary to network effectively and to compete in today’s job market. Cardozo alumni are 12,000 strong and reach across the globe. Spring recruitment programs host hundreds of potential employers and judges looking for Cardozo talent to fill internship, summer associate and postgraduate positions. Recruitment managers in all sectors work with our office to identify prospective employees.
