The Cardozo Chapter of Law Students for Reproductive Justice (LSRJ) supports the national organization’s mission “to train and mobilize law students . . . to foster legal expertise and support for the realization of reproductive justice.” Cardozo LSRJ aims to raise awareness about the legal impediments to the realization of global reproductive justice and its events center around legal issues involving individuals’ rights and access to reproductive health care and the other resources necessary to parent children with dignity. Cardozo LSRJ hosts events with practitioners in the reproductive justice movement and addresses topics ranging from domestic changes in reproductive rights legislation to global challenges of inequality and discrimination of reproductive health care.
