Professor Deborah Pearlstein published a chapter in National Security Law in the News: A Guide for Journalists, Scholars, and Policymakers, published by the American Bar Association and Northwestern University. The book is geared toward folks who work on or write about or teach national security or foreign policy, but could use a primer on the relevant law. Professor Pearlstein's chapter is about international law in the U.S. courts, but the book covers everything from cyber law to targeted killing to military commissions to privacy and classification of information.
