CLE: Ethical Hot Topics in Personal Injury Law

The impact of social media on litigation and Rivera v. Lutheran Medical Group on the solicitation of corporate witnesses affect all tort litigators. Using real life examples, the speakers will discuss social media issues that impact a lawyer's conduct from pre-litigation through trial.
The speakers will also discuss the options corporate defendants have in contacting and/or soliciting representation of corporate clients and witnesses, as well as the remedies available to plaintiffs if the solicitation is deemed improper.
